WELCOME to “En Avant Pilates”

Exciting changes are taking place at the Kapiti Dance Centre premises.  We now incorporate “”En Avant Pilates”  offering Pilates mat & equipment work for groups and individuals.  Jane McDermott-Booth is available for private coaching sessions with particular attention to dance training & development.
